Qi Gong "Easy Tai Chi" is a simpler version that does not leave you breathless. It is low-impact, slow motion exercise combined with gentle breathing. It helps relax the mind and mobilize the body and can be practiced standing, sitting or lying down. Qi Gong addresses the key components of fitness: muscle strength, flexibility and balance which makes it a perfect post operative form of exercise. This class is open to the community, our patients, family members and staff. No need to call ahead the class is a drop in group, come when you can every Tuesday from 12 to 1:00 pm.
