Dr. Emad Elquza is the medical director at The University of Arizona Cancer Center - North Campus and Orange Grove Campus. He was chief fellow in the Department of Hematology and Oncology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine where he served a three year fellowship.
Dr. Elquza received his medical degree from the Flinders University School of Medicine in Adelaide, Australia.
He specializes in cancers of the gastrointestinal tract, which include colon cancer, rectal cancer, esophageal cancer, stomach cancer, liver cancer, and cancer of the pancreas.
He is actively involved in research and his interests include the development of novel treatment options for patients with pancreatic cancer. In addition, he is the Director of Clinical Research at the University of Arizona Cancer Center — Orange Grove Campus.
He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Medical Oncology.
