Professional Bio: 

Kerry Tobias, DO, is the Medical Director of Supportive Care and Survivorship at the University of Arizona Cancer Center at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. Dr. Tobias is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with subspecialty board certifications in Pain Medicine and Hospice and and Palliative Medicine.

Dr. Tobias’ expertise includes pain and symptom management from cancer and cancer-related treatment, and maximizing physical and psychosocial functioning throughout the course of treatment and survivorship. She is a member of the American Academy of Pain Medicine, American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine, and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Dr. Tobias received her Doctor of Osteopathy from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation from the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. She then completed a fellowship in Pain Management from University of California-Davis, and a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine from the National Institutes of Health.
