The VisualSonics Vevo 2100, managed by the High Resolution Ultrasound Facility (HRUF), is a high-resolution small-animal ultrasound imaging system with axial resolution as low as 30 microns. The system can be used to measure a variety of cancer-related metrics such as tumor growth, tumor blood flow & volume, angiogenesis (doppler or contrast), and molecular imaging (targeted microbubbles).

Fees for UofA Researchers: $32/half-hour for system use including basic assistance and training.
Schedule Time: Visit the OFC calendar. New users click on "add new" in any of the date fields and select "New User". Dr. Witte will approve and confirm you as a new user, at which point you can return to the calendar and sign up for time.
